KITCHENS

The kitchen is the heart of most homes, and ours are no exception. We feel we have provided the ideal environment for modern cooking, living and entertaining.

Features include:-
Neutral matt grey Shaker style units consisting of a range of units with concealed lighting and magic corners.
Solid oak work surface with upstands and drainage runners.
Stainless steel under mounted sink with Ceramic disc mono block tap.
Fully integrated stainless steel fan oven and separate microwave. All kitchens include energy efficient induction hobs. 
Stainless steel and glass extractor hood.
Zanussi integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Wet underfloor heating system to the ground floor with wifi controlled thermostats/separate zones for each room.

External oil fired Worcester Bosch Eco combi boiler.

External electric car charging point and hard standing parking. 
Stock fencing and planting to external boundaries. 

Hardwood double glazed doors and windows painted with Farrow & Ball external grade paint.

Double glazed Velux rooflights.

Engineered oak and/or tiled flooring to all downstairs areas.
Oak internal doors, architraves and linings with brushed steel door furniture.

Pure white light switches and power sockets.
Low energy recessed down lights throughout. Smooth plastered ceilings.

BATHROOMS

Pure white contemporary bathroom suite comprising:- bath with deck mounted hand held shower head and mixer controls, wall hung basin with drawers under, WC, walk-in shower with dual rainfall and standard shower head with thermostatic mixer control.

WC with soft closing toilet seat.
Bow fronted chrome towel rail.

Glazed floor tiles with underfloor heating.

ENSUITES

Pure white bathroom suite comprising:- wall hung basin with cupboard under, WC, walk-in shower with dual rainfall and standard shower head with thermostatic mixer control.

10 year structural defect liability insurance cover.
